HOW WE DELIVER YOUR SHIPMENT?
The products you ordered will be delivered by courier. We are currently working with Econt and Speedy.
SHIPPING TIME?
Orders accepted until 15.00 on working days will be received the next day. For certain smaller settlements it is possible for the delivery to be delayed within 1-2 days.
Orders accepted on Friday until 15:00 can be received on Saturday.
Orders accepted on Saturday or Sunday are considered as accepted on Monday, so you will receive them on Tuesday.
SHIPPING FEES?
If you receive the shipment in an Econt office, it will cost you BGN 6.50. If the shipment has to arrive at the address specified by you, it will cost you BGN 8.50.
It will cost you BGN 4.50 to receive a shipment in Speedy office and BGN 5.80 for delivery to address specified by you.
Delivery in preferred time slots: BGN 1.50 on top of the standard delivery and BGN 2.50 for free delivery.
FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping for orders above 90 BGN is applicable for all products and it is permanent. The minimum order value from Kala.bg is 15.00 BGN.
PAYMENT AND HOW IT WORKS?
At the cash on delivery method (COD), courier company will collect the payment upon receipt of the shipment. The courier company is paid both the amount of the product / products and the delivery fee. For other forms of payment in the store (online payment) you do not owe anything to the courier.
SHIPMENT CONDITION AND OVERALL APPEARANCE?
We are trying hard to deliver products in a perfect condition and look. In some cases, due to transport situations, they may have a changed commercial appearance. Of course, you will first be able to open the box with the shipment and see it, then pay.
